Digital Download & Final Sale Policy

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once access to the files has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Before purchasing

Please review the product description, included file types, software requirements, dimensions, resolution, license, and permitted uses before completing checkout. Colors can vary by screen, printer, ink, paper, and production method.

File help

If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be opened as described, contact ShopCakeBatter@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide reasonable troubleshooting, repair, or replacement access when appropriate.

Unauthorized purchases and legal rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions may also be reviewed through the applicable payment provider.

License reminder

Your purchase grants only the license stated on the product listing. The artwork and source files are not transferred to the buyer and may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or claimed as original work unless the listing expressly permits it.
